​Returns and Refunds

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

You should return your items via a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery), as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not received. A proof of signature is required to confirm receipt. We recommend that you keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us. However, we cannot accept liability for an item until it has been returned to us and confirmed as faulty.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 24 hours. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. This will depend on your card issuer's policies.
